Terms of Service
These terms apply to all purchases from Unit Twelve at storeunittwelve.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Seller
The store is operated by Unit Twelve, based in Sweden. Contact: vidarrrrv@gmail.com.
2. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case you will receive a full refund.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) or your local currency and include VAT. Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. The risk for the goods passes to you when you receive them.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen). See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Complaints and faulty goods
If an item is faulty, you have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen). Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.
7. Product information
We do our best to show products accurately. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. Size guides are approximate.
8. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disputes
If we can't solve a dispute together, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se, Swedish law applies.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published when you placed your order.
