Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered from Unit Twelve. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
14-day right of withdrawal
As a customer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or someone you designate) receive the item, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email us at vidarrrrv@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You can also use the EU standard withdrawal form, but it is not required.
How to return
Contact us first. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us may not be processed.
Send the item back within 14 days after you notified us of your cancellation.
Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item.
You pay the cost of returning the item, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
We refund the full amount paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. The refund is made to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within a reasonable time after noticing the problem, with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and you do not pay any shipping costs. This does not limit your statutory rights to make a complaint under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen).
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
