This policy explains how Unit Twelve we collects and uses your personal data when you visit or buy from storeunittwelve.com. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Payment data: payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

To process, ship and support your order (performance of a contract).
To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
To run, secure and improve our store (legitimate interest).
To send marketing emails, only if you have signed up (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
For analytics and advertising cookies, only with your consent via our cookie banner.
Who we share it with
Shopify, which hosts our store.
Payment providers to process your payment.
Order fulfilment partners and suppliers, who receive your name, address and order details to produce and ship your order. Some are located outside the EU/EEA (for example in China). Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Shipping carriers to deliver your order.
Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta or TikTok), only if you have consented to marketing cookies.
We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting data is kept for as long as required by Swedish accounting law (currently seven years). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
