Free shipping
All orders ship free to EU.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our pieces are made and shipped by our production partners, so your order may ship directly from their warehouse.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods, holidays or due to customs.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It can take a few days before tracking updates appear.
Customs and duties
Prices shown include VAT for EU customers. You should not have to pay any extra fees on delivery. If you are ever asked to pay unexpected fees, contact us before paying.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, or tracking has not updated for 10 days, email us at vidarrrrv@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
